Applicable to Issue Desk and every ShopifySys theme demo using this storefront. Merchants replace this copy in Shopify Admin → Settings → Policies.
Processing time
Orders typically process within 1 · 3 business days (excluding weekends and merchant holidays). You’ll receive tracking when the carrier scans the parcel.
Rates & free shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Many ShopifySys demos use a free-shipping threshold (often $100+) · the live store’s cart bar shows the merchant’s actual threshold and currencies.
Delivery estimates
Domestic delivery commonly takes 3 · 7 business days after shipment; international 7 · 21 business days depending on carrier and customs. Estimates are not guarantees.
International & duties
International buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees unless the merchant explicitly offers DDP. Delays at customs are outside our control.
Lost or damaged parcels
Contact support within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if damaged. We’ll work with the carrier on a reship or refund per our Refund policy.
